My mom and I found the fabric for the bridesmaids dresses yesterday!
I’ll be referencing this swatch a lot as I look for other things for the wedding. I’m kind of in love with it.

Catherine and I have begun searching for bridesmaids dresses and it turns out it’s kind of hard. They’re all so… bridesmaidy. Of course, we could go with dresses that aren’t specifically made for bridesmaids… but it’s still tough. Everything is too short, or the fabric isn’t right or whatever.
So, now we’re thinking we might make them ourselves. And by that I mean, maybe we can get our mom’s to make them. We only need two- one for Catherine and one for Kay. Not so bad! This way we could make some adjustments to fit each of their personal preferences and we get to pick whatever fabric we want! We spent some time looking up pattens last night this one is pretty dang cute!
We also looked at some fabrics. Not totally sure on that yet. I’m thinking I want do something patterned and I’m THINKING they might be green. Maybe.
